Why Scatbags?

There’s a lot of chaos in the world right now, the plague, the environment, and the politicians running the world. We thought we’d provide a light-hearted, irreverent solution to the dog poo problem. Our first range is based on the scatty poo-liticians and leaders of the world, who know’s what’s next? We have gone to great lengths to ensure the our products are 100% biodegradable and environmentally responsible.

What are Scatbags made from?

Scatbags are made from 100% biodegradable and compostable cornstarch. Even the mailer (the bag we send the boxes in) is made from the same material. The box is made from recycled cardboard and recyclable. You're looking a 100% guilt-free, environmantally responsible purchase here! 

How long do they last?

Because Scatbags are biodegradable, they will naturally start to decompose after about 12 months if not used. 

Can I return once opened?

Unless the product is faulty, we cannot accept returns if the box has been opened. If there is an issues, please go to our contact page and send us a message.

How long will my order take?

Orders are dispatched from our Sydney (Australia) warehouse within 2 business days. Remote parts of Australia can take up to a week for delivery but capital cities are usually within 2-3 days from order placed.

How do I change or cancel a subscription?

If you need to make a change or cancel a subscription, simply send us a message on the contact page and we'll take care of business. Be sure to give us your order number. 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and the box unopened however you must arrange shipping back to us at your cost. Send us a message on the contact page if you would like to return your item and we will confirm the address to sent it to. The item must be in perfect condition and the box unopened for a refund to be granted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the item is in perfect condition we will process your refund to your original method of payment.
